Our Mission Statement:
In an effort to close the achievement gap all over Montgomery County Public Schools, the Minority Scholars Program (MSP) will improve the academic achievement of and educational opportunities available to minority students by increasing the numbers enrolled in Honors and/or Advanced Placement classes, providing supports to help them succeed, recognizing their accomplishments, and providing leadership opportunities to further their growth.
